Access to and use of the olo4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform. olo4d enforces this requirement strictly and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds therein dealt with in accordance with olo4d's minor-protection procedures.
The Platform is primarily designed to serve players who are residents of Indonesia. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Your Account is strictly for your personal use. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, place bets or wagers on your behalf, or operate your Account in any way. Accounts are non-transferable.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your own capacity, that you are not acting under any impairment that affects your ability to understand these Terms, and that you are not registering or playing under duress or instruction from a third party.
To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify olo4d promptly of any changes.
olo4d applies a mandatory KYC verification process before processing a Player's first withdrawal and at other intervals as determined by the platform's compliance obligations. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or an Indonesian passport. olo4d may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal restriction until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. olo4d strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify olo4d's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. olo4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms. olo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate or intended to deceive.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on the olo4d Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied to Account transactions, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by olo4d. Any conversion costs incurred by a Player's bank or payment provider in relation to a transaction are the sole responsibility of the Player.
olo4d currently supports the following deposit methods for players in Indonesia:
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Account deposit interface and may be updated at olo4d's discretion without advance notice. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are specified within the deposit interface at the time of the transaction.
Deposits made via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to an Account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt by olo4d's payment processing system, which ordinarily occurs within 3 to 10 minutes during normal operating hours (06:00–02:00 WIB). olo4d is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or payment provider.
To be eligible to make a withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit using a supported payment method; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds credited to the Account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that matches the verified account details on record with olo4d.
olo4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated in the terms of each individual bonus offer. By default, unless an offer specifies otherwise:
Bonus Funds that are not subject to a Wagering Requirement will expire if not used within 30 calendar days of credit. Where a Wagering Requirement applies, the Wagering Requirement must be completed within the time limit stated in the relevant offer's terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
olo4d reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reverse any bonus award, and to suspend or close any Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-variance betting patterns to systematically extract bonus value without genuine engagement; coordinating bonus claims with other players; or providing false information to qualify for a promotional offer.
olo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without advance notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonus terms already accepted by a Player in respect of Bonus Funds already credited to that Player's Account.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game session or bet placement, olo4d will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the outcome fairly. Where a complete and fair reconstruction is not possible, the affected bets or game rounds will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance. olo4d's determination in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olo4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the olo4d Platform — including but not limited to the olo4d brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of olo4d or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without olo4d's express prior written consent.

olo4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if olo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors and game suppliers. olo4d is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers, including payment delays attributable to Indonesian banks or e-wallet operators, or game malfunctions caused by third-party game engines beyond olo4d's direct control.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting olo4d's support team via Live Chat or by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days of verified request receipt, provided that all pending wagers and withdrawal requests have been settled. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to a verified payment method registered to your Account.
olo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) olo4d is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) olo4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) olo4d ceases to offer services in a Player's jurisdiction. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, olo4d reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
Upon Account closure — by either party — all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Clause 7 on Prohibited Conduct, Clause 11 on Limitation of Liability, and Clause 14 on Governing Law) shall continue to apply after closure.
olo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, olo4d will notify registered Players by displaying a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on the Account. The revised Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification date, except where changes are required immediately to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, in which case they take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olo4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents olo4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm. Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable to them.
